These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to Mission Web Agency US (“Mission Web Agency US”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and its website at missionwebagency.us.
By using our website or engaging our services, you (“you” or “the client”) agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
We provide web design, development, custom WordPress plugins, SEO, branding, donation integration, domain and hosting support, and maintenance and care plans.
The specific scope of each project is defined in that project’s proposal or agreement, which takes precedence over these Terms where there is any conflict.
Quotes are based on the scope you provide at the time. If the scope changes — for example, more pages, features, or content than originally discussed — the price and timeline may change accordingly. We’ll confirm any such change with you before proceeding.
A “revision round” is one consolidated set of changes you send us after reviewing your design or build. The number of revision rounds included is listed in your package or proposal.
Additional revision rounds beyond those included are quoted separately before we begin them.
To keep your project on track, you agree to:
On full payment, you own the final website and deliverables created for you. We may retain rights to reusable code and components we use across projects, and any third-party assets remain under their own licenses.
We may display completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us not to.
Your site may use third-party platforms — such as hosting, plugins, and payment or donation processors like Stripe, PayPal, or Donorbox — each governed by its own terms.
Mission Web Agency US is not a payment processor and is not responsible for third-party platform outages, changes, or fees.
Care plans cover small changes within your plan’s monthly time allowance, along with updates, security, and backups as described in your plan. New pages, features, or custom development are quoted separately.
Stated response times are targets, not guarantees.
To the extent permitted by law, services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee specific SEO rankings, traffic levels, or donation results.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is generally limited to the fees you have paid for the services in question, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of content you provide or your use of the deliverables, to the extent permitted by law.
Either party may terminate with 14 days’ written notice. Either party may terminate immediately if the other materially breaches these Terms and fails to remedy it within 14 days of written notice. We may pause or terminate for non-payment.
These Terms are governed by the laws of USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services means you accept the current version.
